- Salvorias Foundation – Owns IP, defines mission, and governs protocol changes.
- Independent Service Company – Conducts all sales and operations for node software and related services.
- Fiduciary 501(c)(3) Sponsor – Administers grants, scholarships, and educational funds aligned with the Foundation’s mission .
The Foundation avoids direct receipt or control of revenue, preventing taxable events while maintaining oversight integrity.
