Board of Stewards:
The Foundation’s governing body, responsible for mission integrity, major protocol updates, and entity oversight.
Community Proposals:
Any validator or RPC node may submit proposals through the on-chain governance system.
Voting:
Each governance-eligible node receives one vote per staked or bonded SAVEDR unit.
Amendments:
This Charter may be amended by ⅔ majority of validator votes and Board ratification.
